In 2018，the economy of Shaanxi Province rose steadily，and the catering income continued to grow in double digits. Based on the analysis of the relevant statistical data of Shaanxi Province in recent years，and on the basis of the investigation of Shaanxi catering industry，this paper introduces the development of Shaanxi catering industry in general，and combs the main indicators of the development of Shaanxi catering industry. This paper reviews the development of Shaanxi catering industry，refines the development characteristics of Shaanxi catering industry in the past 40 years of Reform and Opening-up，and forecasts the development trend in 2019.
