<<The purpose of the report is to summarize the development process and current situation of Chinese catering vocational education,give a rundown on the achievements and shortcomings in the development process of cuisine profession vocational education,and provide the direction and theoretical basis for the future development of catering vocational education. Through literature review and comprehensive induction,this paper analyzes the multi-dimensional space of catering vocational education;In the future,the catering industry will develop vigorously in many aspects,such as branding,scale,characterization and even cross-bordering,which will certainly lead the catering vocational education to follow the footsteps of the development of the industry and cultivate the compound catering talents to meet the needs of the future catering market.
