作为第三产业重要组成部分的中国餐饮业,是改革开放最早惠及的行业之一。走过40年历程的中国餐饮业发生了质和量的变化与飞跃,在国民经济的发展中发挥了重要的作用。本报告在国家统计局、商务部、世界中餐业联合会、中国烹饪协会、中国连锁行业协会、中国人民大学流通研究中心、美团网、易观智库等机构发布的中国餐饮业相关报告和统计年鉴资料基础上,结合中国餐饮行业有代表性的企业案例,对中国餐饮市场、餐饮消费、餐饮运营模式、资本投入以及消费方式的变化和发展进行了总结,据此对新形势下中国餐饮业多维度发展和前景做出了新的展望。

On the basis of detailed and accurate reports and statistical yearbooks on China’s catering industry issued by the National Bureau of Statistics of China,Ministry of Commerce,World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry,China Cuisine Association,China Chain Store & Franchise Association,Research Center for Marketing and Distribution of Renmin University of China,Meituan and Analysys,the report,in combination with the representative enterprise cases in China’s catering industry,sums up the changes and development of Chinese catering market,catering consumption,catering operation mode,capital investment and consumption mode and accordingly puts forward new prospects for the multi-dimensional development and bright prospects of China’s catering industry under the new situation.
