改革开放四十年,中国餐饮业从一个50亿元规模的传统服务业跨越式发展成为超过四万亿元产业收入的生活服务消费产业、超两千万就业人口的社会民生产业和传承五千年中华文明的民族文化事业,走出了一条中国特色的餐饮业发展之路。本报告全面回顾了中国餐饮业改革开放四十年发展历程,总结了餐饮业四十年取得的瞩目成绩和成长经验;并在肯定成绩和借鉴经验的基础上,从理念、方向、特征、主要内容、产业环境、社会责任六个方面对新时代中国餐饮业高质量发展进行了战略性展望。
<<Over the past 40 years of Reform and Opening-up,China’s catering industry has developed from a traditional service industry of 5 billion to a life service consumption industry with an industrial income of more than 4 trillion,a livelihood industry with more than 20 million employed people,and a national cultural undertaking that inherits 5000 years of Chinese civilization,thus blazing a trail of development for the catering industry with Chinese characteristics. The Report gives a comprehensive review of the development of China’s catering industry in the past 40 years of Reform and Opening-up,and summarizes the remarkable achievements and growth experiences of the industry in the past 40 years. Furthermore,on the basis of affirming the achievements and drawing lessons from the experience,it makes a strategic outlook on the high-quality development of China’s catering industry in the new era from six aspects of concept,direction,characteristic,and main content,industrial environment and social responsibility.
