Urban infrastructure，as a tool and carrier of urban comprehensive service function，plays a very important role in the formation and development of a city，and is also one of the important factors to measure the level of a city’s modernization. The report establishes the index system of urban infrastructure management level from three aspects：water and electricity supply facilities，road traffic facilities and post and telecommunication facilities；makes a preliminary analysis of the current situation of infrastructure management level in 36 key cities in China；makes a comprehensive evaluation and subregional analysis of infrastructure management level in 36 key cities based on existing data；On the other hand，the paper compares and evaluates the infrastructure management level of 36 key cities from 2015 to 2016，expecting to provide some reference for the follow-up infrastructure management of cities.
