近年来,安徽省“互联网+政务服务”推进工作在各方共同努力下取得了阶段性进展与较大成效,推进工作位于全国前列,网上政务服务能力全国领先。但在实践中仍存在一系列问题:一是事项编制难以“一单统揽”,二是政务事项难以“一网尽办”,三是平台建设难以“一蹴而就”,四是“信息孤岛”难以“一键链通”,五是相关支持难以“一步到位”,六是工作推进难以“一辞同轨”。建议从以下五个方面继续推进“互联网+政务服务”工作:“网上办事”与“线下办事”双轮驱动,“供给侧”与“需求侧”双维发力,“政务平台”与“部门系统”双向融合,“顶层设计”和“基层探索”双管齐下,“主动作为”与“考核监督”双方推动。
<<In recent years,Anhui’s efforts to promote “Internet + government services” have made progresses and great achievements under the joint efforts of all parties. Anhui’s “Internet + government services” is the top priority in the country,the ability of online government service is leading in China. However,in practice,there are still a series of problems:first,it is difficult to compile a single item;second,it is difficult to “do everything in one network” for government affairs;third,it is difficult to “accomplish at one stroke” for platform construction;fourth,it is difficult to “link up with one key” for information isolated island;fifth,relevant support is difficult to be “one step in place”,and sixth,it is difficult to “follow the same track” for work advancement. It is suggested to continue to promote “Internet + government services” from the following five aspects:two-wheel drive of “online service” and “off-line service”,two sides of the “supply side” and “demand side”,two way integration of “government platform” and “departmental system”,two levels of “top-level design” and “grassroots exploration”,and “active action” and “assessment and supervision”.
