The quality of corporate governance is an important aspect of the quality of listed companies，so it is concerned by regulators and listed companies. Corporate governance evaluation is a scientific and quantitative reflect of corporate governance. This part is based on the perspective of corporate governance evaluation. It uses the China Corporate Governance Index of Nankai University（CCGI^NK）to conduct the whole，sub-dimension，market segments，the nature of shareholders，sub-sectors and sub-regions analysis of the governance development of listed companies in China. The conclusion provides reference for accelerating the modernization process of corporate governance capacity.
