近年来,河南省以建设华夏历史文明传承创新区、加快构筑全国重要的文化高地为主线,全面深化文化体制改革,发展壮大新兴文化业态,显著增强文化软实力支撑,涌现出小樱桃、豫游纪、嘻多猴、洛阳礼物、嵩阳文化等一大批本土文创品牌。但与发达地区相比,河南省文化产业仍然存在明显差距,面临着产业增加值占GDP比重低、发展指数处于全国中等水平、龙头企业少而弱、产业技术效率较低等不可忽视的问题。为此,要坚持以科技进步为根本动力,以提升文化产业创新能力为中心目标,从产业融合、研发投入、市场拓展、平台构建和传播分享等方面综合施策,充分释放传统文化产业和新兴文化产业的发展势能。

It is faced with such problems as the low proportion of industrial added value in GDP,the medium level of development index in the whole country,the few and weak leading enterprises,and the low efficiency of industrial technology. Therefore,Henan should adhere to the fundamental motive force of scientific and technological progress,and focus on improving the innovation ability of the cultural industry. Henan should take comprehensive measures from the aspects of industrial integration,R&D investment,market expansion,platform construction and dissemination and sharing,so as to fully release potential of traditional cultural industry and emerging cultural industry.
