Organising Innovation and entrepreneurial competition events is a crucial starting point for government to supply service on innovation and entrepreneurship. It is an efficient way to match talents，capital，technology and industry，and an important platform and powerful engine to build an upgraded version of “Innovation and Entrepreneurship”. In addition to actively undertaking national-level events，Henan Province should further strengthen the organization and guidance of innovation and entrepreneurial events，and improve the government’s support for event activities. Henan should also further improve the the innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities，and promote local innovation and entrepreneurship brands with distinctive characteristics.
