After recent years’ efforts，China’s innovation and entrepreneurship services have achieved remarkable results and have become a crucial driving force for economic growth，a significant force for promoting transformation and upgrading，and an important support for stabilizing and expanding employment. The guidance of establish upgraded version of “Innovation and Entrepreneurship” puts forward new requirements for innovation and entrepreneurship，and the new service system of “Internet plus” needs to continue to pay attention. At present，the new “Internet plus” service system with the policy assurance，platform support，and basic condition guarantee has taken shape. However，there is still room for further improvement. It is necessary to build a full-chain service system，lay a solid foundation for support，and establish an “Internet plus” talent introduction and training system and other measures to improve the “Internet plus” innovation and entrepreneurship service system in Henan Province.
