Improving the service level of incubators and makerspace is an important way to upgrade innovation and entrepreneurship. This study starts with the important significance of promoting the service level of incubator and makerspace in Henan Province，and analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the service level of Henan incubators and makerspace. From the perspective of market positioning，operation strategy，service function，organizational form，this study provides a detailed method to upgrade Henan incubator to a professional，branded，diversified and united incubator，and then propose some suggestions on upgrading the service level of incubators and makerspace in Henan Province.
