Digital innovation can improve production efficiency，generate new products，services and business models，and promote the reconstruction of the entire industrial value chain. This paper analyses the characteristics and development trends of digital innovation，and the key factors and mechanisms of enterprise digital innovation. It summarizes the advantages of Henan enterprises in developing digital innovation，and puts forward four suggestions for promoting digital innovation of Henan enterprises：actively implementing enterprise digital transformation，opening and sharing data to provide resources for digital innovation，building digital innovation platform to accelerate digital innovation and enhancing the leading and demonstrative role of advanced digital innovation companies.
