Retired military personnel are important human resources. Currently，with more and more options for retirement placement and better environment for innovation and entrepreneurship，the atmosphere of self-employment of veterans is even stronger. At present，the national level of self-employment support policies and service systems for veterans are gradually improved. Active exploration has been carried out in various places practically. Henan Province’s individual exploration has been at the forefront of the whole country. However，it is necessary to further improve the entrepreneurial environment，and promote the construction of information database for retired military，facilitate the accuracy of employment and entrepreneurship training，establish a corporate counterpart support mechanism，and promote regional transfer of entrepreneurship in combination with regional characteristics，etc.
