Developing and strengthening rural collective economic organizations is not only an urgent need to implement the strategy of rural revitalization，but also an important measure to win the battle against poverty and lead farmers to achieve common prosperity，and also an important guarantee to realize diversified governance of rural communities. Therefore，how to develop and reform rural collective economic organizations deserves our attention. This study combines the reform and development status of rural collective economic organizations in Sichuan，and systematically summarizes the main practices and typical experiences. It points out that Sichuan collective economic organizations are facing problems such as unbalanced regional development，improved sustainability，non-standardized internal governance，imperfect institutional mechanisms and lack of development elements，and then it puts forward some feasible suggestions.
