<<The “One Belt One Road Initiative” initiative expands globally,creating new conditions and foundations for cultural exchanges among countries. With the continuous development of Internet technologies and industries,cultural communication based on new media technologies can make the cultures of all countries spread more smoothly and effectively. Based on the development of new Internet media in the countries along the “One Belt One Road” countries,this paper analyzes the ways of using the new Internet technology media to strengthen cultural exchanges among countries and better carry out cultural exchanges among countries along the route.
