Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s strategic thought of network power，China’s Internet development and governance have continuously opened up a new situation and achieved remarkable results in 2018. It has the following characteristics：the construction of a multi-agent and organic network governance structure，the improvement of the theoretical construction of the strategy of network power，the strengthening of content supervision and network ideological work，the perfection of the legal，regulatory and policy framework，the improvement of the status of network security and its support capacity，innovating technology governance tools and capabilities，and working together to build a “fate community of cyberspace”. This paper analyse the current situation，problems and countermeasures of Internet governance in China in 2018.
