2018年短视频借力政务传播迅速成为政务新媒体转型升级的新平台。本文引入信息生态理论,从动态视角建构含内容生产、组织、传播、消费、运营和规制等要素的政务短视频内容生态,以此为基础构建政务短视频内容生态评价体系。对49个政务抖音号的147条短视频进行内容分析发现,政务部门积极作为,原创爆款频现,政务短视频优势显现,成为正能量传播的重要平台,但也在定位和功能、传播方式、互动性、特色性、协作性等方面处于摸索阶段。本文提出深耕优质内容,凸显“本地”场景;提高视觉素养,优化用户体验;加强互动沟通,增强用户黏性;跨平台联动,发挥矩阵合力;严格监管,适度激励等优化策略。
<<In 2018,short video has rapidly become a new platform for the transformation and upgrading of governmental new media by virtue of governmental communication. With the information ecology theory,this paper constructs the content ecology of governmental short video including content production,organization,communication,consumption,operation and regulation from the dynamic perspective,and then constructs the content ecological evaluation system of governmental short video on this basis. Through the content analysis of 147 short video of 49 governmental Dou-yin symbols,it is found that the governmental departments take an active role,the original hot style frequently appears,the government short video advantage appears. Governmental short video become an important platform of positive energy communication,but there are many aspects still in the exploratory stage,e.g. positioning and function,communication mode,interaction,characteristics,collaboration. This paper proposes to cultivate high-quality content,highlight the “local” scene;improve visual literacy,optimize user experience;strengthen interactive communication,enhance user stickiness;cross-platform linkage,give play to the matrix resultant force;strict supervision,appropriate incentives.
