2018 witnessed “Internet+government service” entering a high-quality development phase in China. The digital transformation of China’s government services presented three outstanding characteristics：the mobile internet experience had become an important driving force for the government’s digital transformation；the application of data intelligence technology had become the source of the leap-forward development of government services；the solid and in-depth data governance had become the key project of “Internet+government services.” In the future，the transformation of government services should construct network synergy effect and strengthen the digital transformation concept of “One Cloud and Two Ends”.
