扶持农民工返乡创业，作为推动乡村人才振兴的重要举措，不仅对于推动新的生产要素向农业农村流动、实现产业振兴具有重要意义，对于实现乡村的组织、文化和生态振兴也具有重要作用。本文以四川省遂宁市船山区和自贡市贡井区为例，分析了两地在扶持农民工返乡创业过程中的主要做法、取得的成就亮点，以及目前仍然面临的困难和问题，并提出了进一步推动农民工返乡创业的对策建议。
