The reform of collective property rights system in rural areas is the basic work to promote the development of agricultural and rural economy. It is a major subject with direction in rural reform and development，and a major task with overall and basic significance in Sichuan’s comprehensive deepening of rural reform. Sichuan attaches great importance to the reform of rural collective property rights system. The scale of rural collective assets continues to increase，the strength of collective economy continues to grow，and the rural collective economy shows a good development trend. But at the same time，there are still some problems，such as weak overall strength，unbalanced development and insufficient development potential. With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization，the rural economic and social structure is undergoing profound changes. Problems such as unclear ownership，weak protection and unclear rights and responsibilities of rural collective assets are becoming increasingly prominent. They constantly erode the basis of rural collective ownership and affect rural economic development and social stability. It is imperative to reform the rural collective property rights system. This paper combs the current situation and practice of the reform of rural collective property rights system in Sichuan，studies the main problems existing in the reform process，and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
