Promoting the integration and development of rural primary，secondary and tertiary industries is an important measure to implement the strategy of rural revitalization，accelerate agricultural and rural modernization，foster new momentum of rural development，enhance the efficiency of urban and rural resource allocation，and promote the integration and development of urban and rural areas. It is also an important way to promote agricultural efficiency，rural prosperity and increase farmers’ income. Sichuan Province attaches great importance to the integration and development of primary，secondary and tertiary industries，and faces many problems as well as achievements. On the basis of deeply grasping the current situation of rural primary，secondary and tertiary industry integration in Sichuan，this paper puts forward new measures to accelerate the development of three major industries integration，which will provide reference for further accelerating the development of three industries integration in Sichuan.
