At present，China’s rural library have basically achieved full coverage in most areas. However，under the traditional paradigm，the degree of digitization of rural library is generally insufficient，and the phenomenon of idle resources is prominent. While，in terms of the network construction of the book platform，Qianjiang City realized the network management pattern of the city and the “sharing” of the borrowing，technology，service and resources by promoting the construction of the general branch building and the rural center library. Therefore，in the era of the Internet，rural library must use information technology to achieve innovative development，and become a space for people to enjoy cultural life or a shared library.
