本文把横跨都江堰、汶川、卧龙和小金县境内世界自然遗产、国家公园、自然保护区等多个国内外知名自然保护地的交通和经济发展走廊带界定为一个生态区，综合分析生物多样性和社会经济发展特征，提出“绿色高质量发展”的概念及其内涵，探讨推动该生态区绿色高质量发展的策略与实施路径。
