In 2009，the national intellectual property strategy has become an important step taken by China in response to the global financial crisis.Active measures have been adopted by governments at various levels throughout the country to implement the strategy.The progress made by China in the protection of intellectual property right has attracted worldwide attention.The third amendment to the Patent Law has once again raised the level of protection of patents in China； Currently China is also pressing forward with the reform of the judicial and administrative procedures within the framework of intellectual property right law system.
