As the new mode of international cooperation，the third-party market cooperation which was first proposed by China has attracted the attention of many developed countries. As the second largest developed economy in the world，Japan has also shown strong interest. Since 2017，the political relations between China and Japan have gradually warmed up，which inject new impetus into the ups and downs of bilateral economic and trade relations. By analyzing the new situation of the development of bilateral economic and trade relations，researching the direction of future cooperation，this paper expounds the significance of developing the third-party market cooperation between the two countries，at the same time，it analyses the main factors affecting the development of the third-party market cooperation between China and Japan，and puts forward some suggestions to develop the third-party market cooperation between China and Japan.
