Network security is a hot area that has received constant attention in recent years.Through the empirical analysis of the case of cyber crime in Haidian District of Beijing，it is found that cyber crime is becoming more and more typed，industrialized，and collectivized，and the criminal means are becoming more and more diversified，and the characteristics of the industrial chain formed by it are obvious.This has brought difficulties to judicial investigation，examination and application of the law.We should continue to innovate the specialized case handling mechanism，give full play to the advantages of the prosecutor's office in advance，and actively explore the coordination mechanism of social governance in order to effectively deal with the frequent cybercrime in Beijing.
