In the process of exploring community governance innovation，Beijing has formed a “three-social cooperatives” model.The social worker organizations embedded community participation in community service is an important feature and expression of the Beijing model.Through the questionnaire survey of Beijing social work institutions，this paper analyzes the status quo of social workers' participation in community service in Beijing，and establishes a model of the influencing factors of social integration degree of social work institutions from the perspective of embeddedness.On the basis of investigation and research，this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the innovation of capital community governance from the aspects of government policy and social worker participation in practice.
