社区社会组织是社会组织的一种重要类型，属于基层社会组织范畴。社区社会组织是由本社区发起，以本社区居民为主要成员，主要在本社区范围内活动的社会组织。近年来，北京市社区社会组织的发展较快，政府在推动社区社会组织发展方面的力度较大，出台了一系列相关政策措施。本报告通过对北京市社区社会组织的实证调研，研究北京市社区社会组织的发展现状，社区社会组织的备案管理体制，以及在推动社区社会组织发展方面的经验做法。
