The report has made stocktaking the internet public discourse in Beijing in 2009，a sweeping generalization is about 56 hot spots of society.Form this spots，we can know the internet public discourse has mirrored the public opinion in reality on the whole，the passionate eye of netizen is the social construction about people’s wellbeing.Among the internet public discourse in Beijing，the elite discourse is more than the Grass-roots public opinion，and interaction between government and netizens is well.Based on the internet public discourse in Beijing in 2009，we suggest that we must taking it seriously and acting aggressively the social construction about people’s wellbeing.
