In 2018，the wholesale and retail industry in Guangzhou was stable totally，while the growth of transportation industry fell back，the import and export fell back obviously，and the investment attraction situation was quite well.Looking ahead to 2019，with the deepening of reform and opening-up，the continuous optimization of business environment，accelerating the e-commerce development，the upgrading of consumption trend，and so on，commerce and trade circulation faces good development environment.The paper suggests to promote further development of commerce in Guangzhou from a higher level all-round opening，cultivation and development of new form，keeping the steady growth of the consumer market，inhancement of policy support and so on.
