The graduate employment is a great issue concerning the national economic development and the social stabilization，to solve the problem of graduate employment is significant in promoting the economic and social development.Since global financial crisis broke out，many enterprises reduce employment plan，even many jobs have been cut，surely adding misery to the tough job market and bringing more pressure to graduate employment.Under the circumstances，this article will bring up some suggestions to solve the problem by analyzing the state and the problems of graduate employment in Beijing area，in order to offer employment guidance to universities and provide evidence for government policy making.
