As early as in 1990，Beijing had already entered the ranks of the aging city.Old-age problems are particularly urgent in Inner Eight districts.The characteristics of aging mainly in three aspects：1） There are a large number of elderly people；2） The elderly population growing year by year；3） The aging of the aged is obviously.However，the traditional mode of providing for the aged by family have gradually weakened.In 2009，the old-age care of Beijing has made rapid progresses.During the year，elderly bedspace increased by 15，815，and the “Beijing Citizens Old-Age （Disabled） Home Care Service Approach” （also known as “Nine-Support” Approach） has issued.But at present，there are still all kinds of structural contradictions between supply and demand in the mode of institutional providing for the aged；the elderly home care mode has just started，there are still numerous problems and difficulties.How to go out of the plight of the old-age issue，still needs long exploration and unremitting efforts.This article aims to analyses and discussions the above problems，try to solute the old-age problems of the Eight districts in Beijing.
