The safety situation for inbound tourism in 2018 is basically stable. As in 2017，property loss events still account for a large proportion of inbound tourism safety incidents in 2018. Tourists are still stranded. Incidents are still taking place in the third and fourth quarters. The area of the incident has narrowed. The safety incidents of inbound tourism in 2018 are mainly characterized by a large number of property loss，increasing incidents of getting lost and trapped，and frequent occurrence of public health incidents. However，safety assistance is relatively timely. Looking ahead to 2019，the opening of China international import expo was implementation of “rural revitalization” strategy，and the development of border tourism will attract more foreign tourists. However，it is more difficult to manage inbound tourism safety.
