Based on the relevant information of China’s tourism safety early warning in 2018，this paper analyzes its overall situation and existing problems of the year. According to the analysis，some forecasts and proposals of the overall situation in 2019 are put forward. In 2018，China’s tourism security early warning work is generally good，but there are still the following shortcomings：The content of tourism security warning mechanism is uneven，lack of a unified standard conducive to sharing；The early warning mechanism of tourism security does not appear frequently and lacks effective and feasible early warning mechanism. In 2019，we should dig deeply into the connotation of global tourism and actively explore the universal mode of global tourism early warning. To change the thinking of intelligent tourism development，to help solve the problem of China’s tourism development with wisdom warning，to grasp the opportunity of the times，and to jointly promote the quality and efficiency of overseas tourism security early warning work.
