2018年我国旅游购物安全形势整体向好,国内旅游购物投诉大幅减少,出境旅游购物安全事件显著增多,入境旅游购物纠纷明显减少。与2017年相比,2018年出现境外旅游购物投诉激增、线上企业投诉多发等新现象。整体而言,旅游购物安全事件具有区域集中、阶段性波动、投诉商品类型多样等特征。2018年,旅游购物安全管理在法律建设、专项整治、人员保障、加大处罚力度等方面取得一定进展。随着境外旅游的迅速发展以及自由行比例的上升,2019年,我国旅游购物安全发展态势趋好,可从制度完善、媒体警示、改革供给、自我防范等方面构建旅游购物安全体系,具体措施包括净化旅游市场、完善在线旅游企业管理机制、加强舆论引导与媒体警示、引导游客理性消费、升级旅游纪念品为旅游衍生品等。
<<In 2018,the whole situation of tourism shopping safety in China tends to be better. Complaints about domestic tourism shopping have dropped sharply. The number of outbound tourism shopping events have increased significantly,and that of inbound tourism shopping disputes have reduced substantially. Overall,tourism shopping complaints are characterized by regional concentration,periodic fluctuation and diversification of product types. In 2018,the security management of tourism shopping has made some progress in legal construction,integrated management,personnel supply,and increased penalties. With the rapid development of overseas tourism and the increase of individual visitors,in 2019,the development of tourism shopping security in China inclines to be better. The tourism shopping security system can be constructed through the aspects of system construction,supply reform,media guidance and self-prevention.
