During 2018，China’s tourism and catering industry has been more diversified，and online catering has been strong. With the continuously strengthenment of the government’s supervision，the scale of security incidents in China’s tourism and catering industry has shown a downward trend. Looking forward to 2019，with the wider application of security technology，the construction of smart catering platforms and the government and industry efforts，consumers’ rights and interests will be more protected，and tourism and catering safety issues will be further improved，but diverse security risk factors remain hidden，and the resolution of security issues is still urgent.
