Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and surrounding areas （including Beijing，Tianjin，Hebei，Shanxi，Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region，and Shandong Province） are the regions with the most serious air pollution in China.In September 2013，the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Development and Reform Commission and other six departments jointly issued the “Detailed Implementation Rules for the Implementation of the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Surrounding Areas”，hoping that through five years of efforts，the air quality in these areas will be significantly improved.This paper selects the relevant data of the six provinces，and uses the DEA method to analyze the performance of air pollution control.The results show that there is no significant change in environmental total factor productivity，Hebei Province's performance is better，and Beijing's performance is generally improved.
