Air pollution in Beijing has been effectively alleviated by pollution control in recent years.However，along with the restructuring of industry and energy structure，mobile sources and living-related area sources as the main cause of air pollution.The new changes have further increased the difficulty of air pollution control.Technological innovation plays an important role in promoting industrial upgrading，energy conservation and emission reduction.As the National Science and Technology Innovation Center，Beijing shall take advantage of its strength in technological innovation of air pollution control，and accelerate the industrial development of energy conservation and environmental protection.Meanwhile，Beijing shall radiate its strengths in technological innovation to surrounding areas，and lead the entire Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to achieve coordinated development of air pollution control.
