People's Senses of Security is a Core Indicator of safety construction.Analyzing the influencing factors of people's sense of security is of great significance for promoting safety construction.On the basis of a brief review of the research on sense of security at home and abroad，from the two dimensions of residential district problems，resident's personal characteristics and experience，the factors affecting people's sense of security are analyzed from 7 perspectives，combining with the construction task of safety Beijing，this paper puts forwards five suggestions to improve urban safety，including perfecting the management system of relocated housed and affordable houses，promoting the innovation of property management in old residential areas，perfecting the safety management system of residential areas，organizing the public security prevention and control network of dense communities，building three-dimensional courtyards and virtual courtyards.
