2018年以来,北京市电子政务建设发展环境不断优化、统筹协调机制日趋完善、“互联网+政务服务”深入推进、信息资源整合共享成效初显,表现出“以人民为中心”、支撑“数字中国”建设、完善数据治理和信息整合共享、与新信息技术应用加速融合等新趋势。但北京也面临一些问题:电子政务服务的推广范围小,政务信息资源的协同共享差,电子政务绩效评价不足。据此,本文提出以下对策建议:听取民众建议,关注市民需求;加强电子政务统筹协调;加强电子政务考核评估;重视新兴技术应用与研发和高新技术人才培养;借鉴国外先进经验,参与全球互联网治理。
<<Since 2018,the development environment of E-government in Beijing has been constantly optimized,the overall coordination mechanism has been gradually improved,the “Internet + government service” has been further promoted,and the integration and sharing of information resources has begun to show results.It shows the new trend of “people centered”,supporting the construction of Digital China,improving data governance and information integration and sharing,and accelerating the integration of new information technology.But Beijing also faces some problems:the scope of e-government service promotion is small;the collaborative sharing of government information resources is poor;and the performance evaluation of e-government is insufficient.Accordingly,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:listen to the public's suggestions,pay attention to the needs of the public;strengthen the overall coordination of e-government;strengthen the evaluation of e-government;pay attention to the application and development of emerging technology and the training of high-tech talents;learn from foreign advanced experience,participate in global Internet governance.
