By investigating the personnel structure，service items，incentive mechanism and standardization construction，this paper shows the current situation of standardization construction of human resources public service in Beijing.On the basis of deep excavation and analysis of the main problems，it puts forward the development path of “one body，two wings，three wheel drive” and a series of innovative measures.And plan the two stage development roadmap of “laying the foundation，grasping the key points” and “strengthening the leadership and setting the tide”.
