本报告通过对人员结构、服务事项、激励机制和标准化建设的调研,展示了北京市人力资源公共服务标准化建设的现状,在深度挖掘和分析存在的主要问题基础上,提出了“一体两翼,三轮驱动”的发展路径和一系列创新措施,并规划出“打基础、抓重点”和“强引领、立潮头”的两阶段发展路线图。
<<By investigating the personnel structure,service items,incentive mechanism and standardization construction,this paper shows the current situation of standardization construction of human resources public service in Beijing.On the basis of deep excavation and analysis of the main problems,it puts forward the development path of “one body,two wings,three wheel drive” and a series of innovative measures.And plan the two stage development roadmap of “laying the foundation,grasping the key points” and “strengthening the leadership and setting the tide”.
