With the aging of population，the demand for elderly services has been diversified.In order to better meet the needs of the elderly and build a community-based service system for the elderly，Beijing vigorously promotes the development model of community service station.Based on the theory of community care，on the analysis of the scale，spatial distribution，facilities construction and operation of the development of community service station in Beijing，this study aims at the standardization of facilities and services，the profit model and the rationalization of planning and layout faced by the development of community service station from the government.The paper puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of market and society.Firstly，the government should do a good job in top-level design and supporting construction，secondly，the market should adhere to the concept of overall operation and integrated service，coupled with the synergy of social forces，in order to promote the healthy development of community service station with high efficiency and quality.
