This paper firstly sorts out the relevant systems of home-based care and community pension in Beijing in recent years，and outlines the system framework of community-home care services.Then by analyzing the supply and demand situation of community-based home care services，it affirmed the great achievements of Beijing community-home care services，including the increasing number of old-age service facilities，the more complete functions，and the importance of the elderly.Consolation，“health and health” explore a variety of service models，Internet technology to help community care services.However，the problems of community-home care services also need to be addressed，including the fact that full coverage has not been achieved，financial subsidies are not fully in place，the names of old-age service facilities are complicated，the supply of old-age services is not matched with demand，and the pressure on the provision of old-age services in the six districts is high..In order to improve the community-home care system in Beijing，this paper proposes to identify，classify and harmonize the community-based home care service facilities；actively explore the socialized community-home care service model；guarantee basic old-age services and provide diversified services.Combine；increase the service purchase subsidy for the elderly with financial difficulties.
