对北京已生育二孩女性职工工作和生活状况进行调研,发现被调查女性职工对工作生活平衡状况的自我评价并不高,平衡工作家庭责任、应对结婚生子和性别歧视等是已生育职场女性面临的常见问题,已生育二孩女性职工存在一定工作压力并且对家庭的满意度不高。家人给予支持、双职工家庭、子女不在身边的女性职工的工作和生活平衡感相对较好,已生育二孩女性职工认为养育子女和工作负荷影响她们的工作生活平衡状况。为促进生育二孩女性职工工作生活平衡,建议政府有弹性地延长产假时间,建设社会化幼儿托管所和育儿育婴机构,更新医学设施,加大生育政策的宣传力度;建议企业建立灵活化、弹性化工作制度,例如弹性工时、远程办公、家庭办公;男性也应共同建设家庭和承担家庭劳动。
<<Based on the investigation and analysis of the working and living conditions of female employees who have two children in Beijing,the paper finds that the more support given by their families,the easier it is for women to achieve work-life balance,dual-earner families are more likely to achieve work-life balance,women whose children are not around more likely to achieve work-life balance,female workers who have two children believe that child-rearing and work load affect their work-life balance.At the same time,the paper puts forward a series of Suggestions.For example,the government can extend maternity leave time flexibly,build socialized child care and child-rearing institutions,renew medical facilities and increase publicity of fertility policy,enterprises can establish flexible and flexible work systems,such as flexible working hours,telecommuting and home office,men should jointly build families and undertake a series of measures and suggestions for family labor.
