The popularization of senior high school education has become one of the hot topics in recent years.The report of the 19th national congress of the communist party of China （CPC） stressed that “high school education should be universal and every child should have a fair and quality education”.Beijing has achieved a high level of universal high school education，quality education resources continue to expand.However，in the process of development，there are also some problems such as unreasonable general duty ratio，single type of high school，unbalanced regional distribution of high quality ordinary high schools，unbalanced professional titles of teachers between urban and rural areas of ordinary high schools，and mismatch between distribution of vocational schools and district and county positioning and industrial adjustment.In view of this，some policy Suggestions are put forward，such as optimizing the structure，adjusting the school layout，diversifying the school system，implementing the talent training mode and the school characteristic reform，and establishing a reasonable cost-sharing mechanism.
