How to prevent juvenile delinquency，especially to prevent juvenile delinquency among community prisoners，juvenile delinquency in prison inmates’ families，and juvenile delinquency in single-parent families，has become the focus of the whole society. Under the “rule of law+social workers” model，Lishui judicial office in Nanhai District，Foshan City designs and implements the “young seedling” project to provide professional services for 50 minors and their families. The key services of this project are case service which can improve their ability of social，volunteer service which is spreading law in order to promote their legal consciousness，and family relations workshop on “psychology+law”，so as to promote the service object self-growth，strengthen the legal consciousness of family members，strengthen the function of family support，promote sustainable development of projects.
