The number of prisoners in the community has increased，along with the issues of supervision，security，and unity of community services in community correction have also arisen. Therefore，the Danzao town Judicial Office in Nanhai District of Foshan City actively explored the construction of a new community service model of “community service output philanthropy” in the “Qihang Plant”，which has gone through the process of site selection，cooperative enterprises search，service intention investigation，plant trial operation，and income conversion and gradually established the operation mechanism of the “Qihang Plant”. It also summarized and reflected on the cooperative enterprises screening，community service effectiveness，community service management，and behavioral norms of multiple participants，and constantly improving the new model of community service to promote the effectiveness of community correction work.
