This paper summarizes the experience of community correction work in Xiqiao Town，Nanhai District，Foshan City from two aspects：discipline education and community service. On the one hand，the oneness of teaching methods，learning contents and teaching methods should be changed by handpicking lecturers，selecting topics and techniques. On the other hand，by means of diversified choice of labor place，flexible arrangement of labor time and construction of personalized community service platform，we should innovate the carrier，enrich the content and enhance the actual effect of community service.
