From the perspective of responding to the needs of policy and practice，this paper gives a general introduction to the background of the establishment of the “Half-love” judicial social enterprise project in Nanhai District，Foshan City. Explaining the project service objectives from the two aspects of creating the “semi-love” judicial social enterprise’s overall goal and refining goals. And through the analysis of the case，the characteristics of the whole project and the development and effectiveness of the service are presented.
