This paper takes the case of Guan，a prisoner in Jiujiang Town，Nanhai District，Foshan City as the starting point，and analyzes the causes of crime，personal and family situation，social interaction status，and understanding of supervision work. And a regulatory assistance program has been developed. In the process of implementing the entire assistance program，the Judicial Office has comprehensively applied the administrative supervision work methods and social work methods，and through various aspects of linkage，carried out community corrections and assistance work for Guan，and achieved good results.
